Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team at OnePixll. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, outlining OnePixll’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to data-driven strategic discussions.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Acquisition

  • Develop and implIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct presentations and service demonstrations to showcase OnePixll’s capabilities.ement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Relationship Management

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, in tech service company.
  • Strong understanding of Technology services design, development and digital marketing trends.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in driving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
